Italian IMEAS sander EVOL series

The latest EVOL series from IMEAS ensures a high degree of flatness for the board. Coarse sanding employs 60-80 mesh sand belts, while fine sanding utilizes 120-150 mesh sand belts. The surface flatness of the board is controlled within 0.05mm, ensuring that the sanded plain board is suitable for various surface decoration processes.

Based on market demand, M.Y.Timber has launched FOSB, a fine-surface decorative oriented strand board designed for the high-end panel surface decorating market. FOSB, which serves as a substrate, has obtained U.S. CARB and EPA certifications for No-Added Formaldehyde(NAF). Featuring a flexible surface composed of pine powder, FOSB is ideally suited for various surface decorations such as melamine paper, synchronized pattern, PET, surface coating, and UV paint. Additionally, its oriented forming and symmetrical structure provide strong internal bonding and stability, making it excellent for popular surface techniques like laminated veneer and 3D deep texturing.
